Here are the tulips that grew in my garden in this year’s Spring time. Yeah, I missed them so much and I am so happy that they bloomed so beautiful and vibrant in my garden located at the entrance area of my front porch. According to my MIL, tulips just show up every Spring and some other types show up late during Autumn. But all of my tulips are the spring type ones. In Philippines, me and my friends dreamed of having tulips as our flower bouquet or the flowers to be designed in the isle for our weddings. They are very rare, exotic and expensive there. But here in America, they are just like weeds. But a special type of weed because they grew in bulbs, they are common to be found here. For me, I’m so proud I was able to grew them. I even shared these pictures to my family, relatives and friends in Facebook to let them see that I can grow my own flowers. My father doesn’t believe in me that I can plant on my own, when I was in Philippines. Now, I have proof. And I want to let him know that he has been my inspiration when it comes to loving plants. He likes to grow all kinds of plants in their house in Philippines.

I love flowers, but I am not good in gardening. Ahhh.. sana marunong den ako mag-alaga ng flowers like you. Cactus lang talaga ang kaya kong patubuin. Haha.
