A feeling of glitter burst inside me when I saw these star gazer lilies blooming in my garden three days ago. I had quite a roller coaster life lately. But seeing these lilies with their vibrant pink color gave me comfort and cheers to keep moving forward for a brighter tomorrow. These lilies usually bloom in middle of July or Summer or sometimes late August. They have such a heavenly scent that lingers in for a long time in our surroundings.
I heard they are symbol of prosperity and wealth and they represent young, beautiful, dramatic and bold.
I also noticed that they are also used in parties and weddings.
They are so easy to grow. You just need a ground where they receive solid amounts of sunlight.
They are called star gazer lilies because whenever they bloom, they seem to gaze towards the stars or going upwards.
There are now 13 spots of star gazer lilies in our surroundings. I gave the fourteenth one to my mother in law’s garden.

How do I look?
I appreciate your dropping by guys. And I assure you am going to visit your blogs. Promise!
Peace!

Love your Stargazers. They are such a stunning flower. I’ll have to look into whether or not they would grow here. Thanks, Mel, for visiting my blog post as well. Those fires in the ranges will burn for weeks as they make their way along the hillsides of that long range system. Luckily that’s a fair distance from our home.

Hi Mel! Love your stargazers!!! They are my favorite lily. They smell so good! I have maybe 10 stargazers, and I plan to dig them and divide them this fall as well as add 5 more bulbs. One can never have too many stargazers!

@Raindrops and Daisies, Hi R & D, glad you liked my gazers. as long as you are in a zone 5-6 there in Ireland, you are ok to plant these beautiful lily. The crocomosia flower in your pics are a little bit blurry but I love the way you arranged them for a cheerful kitchen.
Your stargazer lilies make me go star-gazing the whole day. I love their fragrance too. You look lovely with the lily on your hair.
