Cookie goodies for visitors

Yesterday, I got busy preparing our house for expected visitors. My youngest son’s Godparents are going to visit. As you may know, I am quite a busy mom online and so I bought ready made cookie batter mix to bake cookies in the oven, and some ingredients to combine for a stew into my new crockpot. When I saw the cookies baked alright, it brighten my day that I can feed my visitors well. I forgot to take a picture of the stew in my crockpot but the folks enjoyed it too. People taking online classes in cooking know that it can be helpful to plan ahead.
