Here is one my father’s favorite dish – The Escabeche. My father loves to eat fish. My mother loves to cook for him like this lovely Escabeche. I took a picture of it as it is very presentable especially when you cook big fish. The menu is very easy to prepare. You just saute the big fish until done. And for the sauce, you just only need ketchup, sugar, onions, garlic, ginger and some seasonings. Glaze the sauce on top of the fish and you can make designs if you like.My Mom just prepared it simple like this one. Yummy indeed!
