Rainbow Breakfast

We did some fun breakfast activity together the other week. We made heart shaped pancakes, green pancakes and rainbow pancakes. I’m sure this won’t break our rule of eating something fancy this lent because pancakes are considered as breakfast meals. I was browsing Pinterest to what’s trendy baking for Saint Patrick’s day and I saw lots of greens and rainbow desserts. I thought of my myself, why not make rainbow pancakes instead of rainbow cakes or pudding? Preparing pancakes is easy and you do it everyday too! And so, without hesitation, the kids gather around and wanted to help me. It was a work of art in an instant! Here’s my happy boys and their rainbow pancakes as breakfast. Yummy indeed!
