A couple of days ago, I just saw this guy wearing a green sweater cleaning our front yard. To my surprise, he was blowing the leaves with use of his machine. How about a Ferrari?

My husband and his brother loves the subject about cars. Old and new cars, you name it, they knew about it. I told my husband that my favorite car is a Ferrari. It is because I saw it on television that it has lots of winnings in car racing. When I searched online about it, its Ferrari parts are so cool, stylish and exotic cars. I like the one which has a vibrant red color. How I wish I have a rich friend whom I can hitch a ride on this kind of car.

Garden Flowers #5: Blue Flag Iris

These are the the siberian iris or “Iris Sibirica” that bloomed in my garden this year. They are commonly called as the Blue Flag iris type as the prominent blue color in it is very vibrant. What a jewel. To me, this type of flower looks like jewels to the eyes. I planted them from roots that I gathered from the garden of my MIL. That was Fall last year I planted the roots. Laptop desire

I was showing to my husband the other day about what my new laptop computer can do. It has a windows 7 operating system(OS) in it. I added a new screen saver in it and desktop gadgets like a ticking clock, calendar, and current weather temperature. He said its very nice and felt the desire to buy a new custom laptop like the OS in mine. I told him, he better watch out on laptop computers online as they might be on sale especially that Black Friday Sale is coming soon. This is the new screen saver in my laptop.

Garden Vegetables #2: My Carrots

I am happy that my carrots grew beautiful this year. I will continue my “Do It Yourself” journal in this blog of the vegetables that I have tried planting. I have not written about the other vegetables that has grown success but I will write about how I planted these carrots.

Thankful to have a garden and successful harvest

I am thankful to have a successful gardening this year. Though this is my first time to have a garden of my own and our neighbors were discouraging us that their backyard close to us was not even successful to have a garden. And as I was clearing out the plants to prepare the soil for next Spring, flashbacks came from my mind of how my gardening began.
